
Billionaire Stronach Convicted of Sexual Assault 45 Years After Alleged Crimes
Frank Stronach, 93, founder of automotive supplier Magna International, was found guilty June 19 of one count of sexual assault and one count of indecent assault by Ontario Superior Court Justice Anne Molloy. The convictions involve two women and stem from alleged incidents in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Stronach faced 12 charges from seven complainants and was acquitted on three other sexual assault charges. Sentencing has not been scheduled.
