Amazon Blocks Meta's Muse Agent Over Undisclosed Browsing and Data Risks

Amazon has blocked Meta's Muse agent from its storefront, saying the agent browses without identifying itself and creates privacy and security risks around access to and retention of customer information. Users attempting Muse purchases see a warning that unauthorized agent access violates Amazon's Conditions of Use.
