Te Pāti Māori unveils $3.1 billion kai sovereignty plan

Te Pāti Māori has unveiled a $3.1 billion plan for "kai sovereignty" it would pursue if elected, RNZ reported. The party said the plan includes tax credits and sets out a path from "kai dependency to kai sovereignty".
