Spanish police clearance of Ceuta beaches turns chaotic, injuries and shots reported

Spanish police clearing more than 3,000 migrants from Ceuta's Trampolín and Benítez beaches faced cordon breaks, a stampede and several injuries on September 18. Shots were heard during the 2km transfer to a port tent site, with reports police fired into the air. Several hundred had reached the 1,700-capacity camp.
