White Plains AutoZone workers vote Sept. 25 in chain's first union bid

Eleven workers at an AutoZone store in White Plains, New York, begin voting Sept. 25 on joining United Auto Workers Local 259. If approved, the store would be the first among more than 6,800 U.S. AutoZone locations to win a union election.
