Minister says FENZ was breaching its own levy law

Fire and Emergency Minister Brooke van Velden said Fire and Emergency New Zealand was breaching its own law on levy collections. She called the situation "completely unacceptable" and said it pointed to a lack of accountability across the public service. She said she learned of the issue from the board chair.
