
Diddy's Law Firm Seeks to Withdraw From $100M Case Over Unpaid Fees
New York firm Sher Tremonte has asked the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York for permission to withdraw as Sean 'Diddy' Combs' counsel in a $100m defamation lawsuit. Partner Michael Tremonte cited more than six months of unpaid fees, costs and expenses. Combs, 56, is serving a 50-month federal prison term for prostitution-related offenses.
