National proposes splitting Pak'nSave and New World subject to review

National leader Christopher Luxon and finance spokesperson Nicola Willis have proposed splitting Foodstuffs' Pak'nSave and New World brands into competing operations. According to RNZ, the move would proceed only if a Commerce Commission review backed it and if National is re-elected to government.
