Sydney man charged over alleged racist abuse of 13-year-old Muslim girl on bus

Omar Yassine, 50, was charged with stalking and intimidation with intent to cause fear over alleged abuse of a 13-year-old Muslim schoolgirl in hijab on an inner-west Sydney bus. The Year 8 student recorded video allegedly showing him calling her a "fucking terrorist" and an "immigrant dog". He appeared in Bankstown Local Court without entering a plea.
