Barnardos warns MPs inaction on children will cost $450b by 2050

Barnardos chief executive Matt Reid warned MPs that failure to act for children will cost Aotearoa / New Zealand $450 billion by 2050, according to RNZ. He spoke on the steps of Parliament.
