Carney to open four largest airports to private investment

Prime Minister Mark Carney announced Canada will open Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal and Toronto airports to private investment. He made the announcement in a speech opening the first full day of the Canada Investment Summit in Toronto. The four are Canada's largest airports.
