Coordinated sabotage blamed for 15 Dutch rail disruptions

ProRail said materials were deliberately placed at multiple track locations, triggering section malfunctions and 15 nationwide disruptions on Sept. 15, including routes to Schiphol Airport and Utrecht. Operators called it coordinated sabotage. No suspects or motive are known; the national police unit is investigating.
