Cornelis Networks raises $205M led by IAG Capital Partners

Cornelis Networks announced September 14, 2026 it raised $205 million led by IAG Capital Partners. The Intel 2020 spinout builds open networking fabric for AI accelerators and GPUs. It plans to use the capital to scale CN5000 and CN6000 switch production and bring its next-generation products to market later in 2026.
