ProPublica reported, citing records and interviews with three sources, that Russian oligarch Umar Kremlev, described as close to Vladimir Putin, partially bankrolled Donald Trump Jr.'s three-day Bahamas wedding celebration in May. Kremlev spent hundreds of thousands of dollars renting an island and funding fireworks, with payments from an IBA-affiliated entity in Dubai.
