Parti Québécois to release platform costs before first debate

Parti Québécois Leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon plans to release the financial framework for his platform on Sept. 15, hours before Quebec's five party leaders meet for their first debate that evening. Both Plamondon and Coalition Avenir Québec Leader Christine Fréchette paused public events to prepare. Quebec voters go to the polls Oct. 5.
