Paris Medics Document Injuries Among 90 Asylum Seekers Returned From UK

Paris health workers documented bruising, fractures and restraint injuries, including handcuff lacerations, in 90 men returned from the UK under the 'one in, one out' scheme between 22 January and 7 June 2026. Samusocial de Paris submitted the findings to France's inquiry into border deals. About 1,400 people have been removed since August 2025.
