Former Strathfield mayor tells ICAC his children were secretly recorded

Former Strathfield mayor Matthew Blackmore told NSW ICAC's Operation Rosny inquiry his children were secretly recorded after he kept the mayoralty. He said ex-Labor councillor Sharangan Maheswaran claimed operatives followed him for five months, photographing and recording conversations. The claims are untested and form part of blackmail and surveillance allegations.
