Burnham to host business chiefs and mayors at Downing Street on Monday

Prime Minister Andy Burnham will host business chiefs, entrepreneurs and regional mayors at Downing Street on Monday to pitch his government as a "partner for growth". Guests include chief executives of HSBC, BP, Shell and Rolls-Royce and founders of Octopus Energy, Revolut and Starling Bank. The guest list suggests he wants both established capital and future industries onside.
