Ellison Cancels $7.5 Billion Sale of Oracle Shares

Oracle said chairman Larry Ellison canceled a planned sale of 50 million shares, valued at around $7.5 billion. No shares were sold under the trading plan. Oracle said Ellison has no other plans to sell Oracle stock, leaving his holdings and the company's ownership structure unchanged.
