Rayner admits 'slim chance' of meeting 1.5m homes target

Communities Secretary Angela Rayner acknowledged only a 'slim chance' of building 1.5m homes before the next election. Speaking on BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg, she called the pledge a 'stretch target' she is 'definitely not giving up' on. The five-year target was set under the Starmer government.
