
Federal Judge Upholds Obstruction Conviction of Wisconsin Judge, Delays Sentencing on Uncharted Ground
U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman declined June 16 to overturn Hannah Dugan's obstruction conviction but postponed sentencing indefinitely pending post-trial motions. Dugan, a Milwaukee County Circuit Court judge, was convicted of helping a Mexican immigrant evade ICE agents at her courthouse.
