73% of Europeans Want a United Europe — 74% Say It's Failing to Deliver

An ECFR study of 5,834 interviews across six countries found 73% of Europeans want deeper integration, yet 74% say Europe handles its challenges poorly and 56% believe its future is in danger. Author Pawel Zerka calls this an "imagination gap": citizens can picture the Europe they want but not a credible path to it. The report lands a week before von der Leyen's State of the Union address.
