The Exploration Company raises $450M Series C, largest for a European space company

The Exploration Company (TEC) raised $450 million in a Series C co-led by Atomico, EQT's Scaleup Europe Fund, and Bessemer Venture Partners. TEC, headquartered in Munich and operating across five European countries, will use the funds toward a reusable heavy-lift launcher to rival SpaceX. Ten Nyx capsule missions are booked, backed by over $2 billion in contracts.
