ShinyHunters Claims Breach of Oracle PeopleSoft Servers at 100-Plus Organizations

The financially motivated extortion group ShinyHunters has claimed responsibility for data theft attacks targeting Oracle PeopleSoft servers at more than 100 organizations, according to reports published 10 June 2026. The claimed compromise affects HCM and ERP modules storing employee PII, payroll data, and financial records. Oracle has not yet issued a public advisory. Security teams should conduct immediate exposure assessment rather than await vendor confirmation.
