Police Probe Whether Widdecombe Murder Suspect Was Behind Farage Home Incident

Counter Terrorism Policing is investigating whether Joshua Kerry — charged with murdering former MP Ann Widdecombe at her Devon home in July — had any role in an April 2025 incident at Nigel Farage's London home, described by police as an attempted burglary but by other sources as an attempted firebombing. CTP reopened the case after finding an unexplored line of enquiry, triggering a self-referral to the police watchdog. The link between the two incidents remains under investigation.
