Reform UK proposes deporting all 10,134 foreign nationals in England and Wales prisons to serve sentences abroad. But the party's policy document does not say whether the plan covers remand prisoners awaiting trial — roughly a third of that cohort, the BBC reported. Farage and Yusuf did not address the gap when asked. Prison policy is devolved; the scheme applies to England and Wales only.
